Well crafted copy of the Fujifilm 52mm thread adapter and hood. Lensmate includes 58mm center-pinch lens cap with removable tether tha clips into the lens hood. Slotted lens hood (to reduce optical viewfinder blockage) adapter ring holds 52mm filters. Hood screws onto adapter ring (not filter).
If when you want to remove a filter and you find that the adapter ring/hood assembly come off the camera stuck together, here's a simple way to take them apart. Place the assembly between your palms and untwist - the two parts should come apart. If you use a polarizer frequently, you might consider a second hood - it's faster to swap hoods than disassemble one of them to remove the polarizer.
You can use both a 52mm lens cap (center pinch only, directly on the filter) or a 58mm cap on the hood itself. The 58mm cap might be more useful as it can be used without the filter attached.
