Lensmate G11, G10 Adapter - part A

Part A is always used with either Part B, the 72mm filter holder, or the Part C the tele section.

If you decide to use only the base section A the low profile Kenko Pro1 Digital Circular Polarizer 58mm is the only filter choice. The zoom range is limited to 28mm-50mm.

No UV filter will fit, the lens will touch the glass on start up.

Lensmate G11, G10 Adapter - part B (72mm)

Part B, the 72mm filter holder is always is used with Part A.

Designed to work with the Kenko Pro1 Digital Circular Polarizer 72mm, which have small frames and more clearance inside, which allows the filter to be closer to the lens to avoid vignetting at all focal lengths.

Other polarizers may not provide the clearance necessary for the zoom lens at full telephoto, or may vignette at the wide end. The Hoya 72mm HMC UV is recommended for best clearance, no vignetting issues.

Lensmate G11, G10 Adapter - part C (58mm)

Part C is the 58mm teleconverter section.

It is always used with part A. It is used primarily to attach a teleconverter, the Canon TC-DC58D or Raynox DCR-1540 52mm (requires 58-52mm step ring) are recommended or the Raynox DCR250 macro. If you use a filter (58mm) with this combination, it will vignette from wide 28mm, to about 40mm.
