- What are my payment options?
In addition to the credit cards below and Pay Pal, we also accept international postal money orders* in US dollars and personal checks* on US bank accounts made out to 'Lensmate'.
(Sorry we no longer are able to take Western Union payments).

- What is your return policy?
You may return or exchange an item, excluding any shipping charge, within a period of ten (10) days. - you do not need an RA number just your order number.
Please note that items must be in new condition and filters must be unopened, the seal not broken, to receive a full refund. On filters where the seal is broken there will be a 15% used fee charge as we cannot sell the filters as new.Send returns to:

USA - What is the cost of shipping for my order?
- To figure out the cost of shipping and total costs of your order, place the items you wish to order in our shopping cart.
- Then fill in the first section of the "ship to" information where we ask for your country and postal code, then click the recalculate button.
- The cart will then show you the shipping options and total costs of your order.
